Rules and Eligibility
Must be a new patient to Fertility & Genetics. One entry per patient. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must meet all of the medical qualifications for an IVF cycle. Must attend one of the three patient seminars to be entered. A winner will be selected at random on April 25, 2012. The winner will need to start their IVF cycle within 45 days of the drawing. The prize is for one basic IVF cycle. This does not include the cost of necessary preliminary testing, medical procedures that may be required prior to treatment cycle. Prize is non-transferable and no monies will be paid out to the winner in place of the treatment cycle. We reserve the right to cancel the cycle at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, procedures, discounts, or packages.
